At Ever Shine, we want you to love our products and your shopping experience. Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy below for complete clarity.


Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time: 6–14 working days.

Note: For international orders, shipping charges are calculated as per DHL rates and are not determined by Ever Shine. Customers are also responsible for any Customs Duties, VAT, or other applicable charges as per their destination country’s laws.


Exchanges & Returns (Within Pakistan)

Eligibility

  • A one-time exchange is allowed within 7 days of receiving the item, provided that:

    • The item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has original tags attached.

  • Items once purchased cannot be returned, unless found to be of defective quality.


Wrong or Missing Items

  • Claims for missing items or incorrect deliveries (wrong size, color, or product) must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. If the seal is broken or the package appears tampered with, kindly do not accept it and return it to the rider immediately.

  • Ever Shine will not be able to process claims for missing or incorrect items if a tampered parcel is accepted.

To report a wrong or missing item, please contact Customer Support on WhatsApp at +92 348 5494647 with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video proof

  • Details of the issue

⚠️ Please note: courier partners do not accept claims raised after 24 hours of delivery, therefore Ever Shine cannot process such requests beyond this period.


Defective Items

  • To raise a claim, share clear photos and video evidence with our Customer Success team on WhatsApp at +92 348 5494647.

  • Claims will not be processed if:

    • Raised after 7 days of delivery

    • The item is worn, washed, altered, or missing tags


Refunds for Defective Items

  • Refunds for defective items will be issued as online store credit (voucher code), redeemable on our website for any future purchase.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for monetary refunds, regardless of the defect. For COD orders, approved refunds will only be provided as store credit (voucher code).


Important Notes

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product.

  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.

  • All returns/exchanges must be sent to the address provided by Ever Shine. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


International Orders

  • All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

  • Our standard exchange policy does not apply to international orders.

  • If a defective item is received, the customer may be offered:

    • Online store credit (voucher code), or

    • A refund, depending on the nature of the defect

  • International customers are not required to return defective items.

  • Shipping fees are charged at DHL’s international rates.

  • Customers are responsible for any Customs Duties, VAT, or import taxes as per the destination country’s regulations.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are confirmed or processed by our Customer Support team.

  • Once shipped, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent via email.

  • Ever Shine reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

    • Stock unavailability

    • Pricing discrepancies

    • Payment failure

For prepaid orders:

  • A store credit (voucher code) will be issued.

  • Refunds (where applicable) are made to the original card/account and may take 3–10 business days to reflect.
